JWP Corp, owners Joseph & Wendy Peters, is the contractor and project manager that I have used to renovate two properties, my home in Brooklyn, NY and then my new home with rental units in St. Louis, MO. The quality of work is outstanding and shows attention to detail throughout. When I sold the 4-story brownstone in Brooklyn, built in the late 1800’s, the buyers inspector asked who did the work on the house. He said it was some of the best work he had seen and that he inspects a lot of homes. The property in St. Louis was purchased using a 1031 exchange historic rehab process. It was a horse stable/carriage house in a historic city neighborhood. The work had to be completed within a 6 month time frame using historic guidelines. I knew that JWP Corp was the only company I could trust that would meet the timeframe for the gut renovation with excellent craftsmanship. They were able to build 4 large two-story townhomes within the specified time allowed for the exchange process. The carpentry, framing, wood flooring, walls, fireplaces, windows, doors, tiling bathrooms and kitchens, overseeing HVAC and electrical systems were accomplished without any difficulties. They also repaired clerestory windows and installed roof hatches. The company worked with the City permits and approval processes. Visitors routinely ask “who did this work,” it is outstanding! My response-the best contractor ever!

My goodness, what a team!! I have had several projects with JWP Corp in over 15 years. The most important thing is that the projects were brought in on time and on budget. Mr. Joseph does his projects with skill and heart.
He and his workers are neat and protective of the space.
